Ion migration in perovskites

1. The study of the segregation process in organic-inorganic and inorganic perovskites and devices based on them

Despite the large number of perovskites benefits, the problem of phase instability (segregation) is still very serious especially for optoelectronic devices based on perovskites. In the laboratory of hybrid nanophotonics and optoelectronics, studies of the segregation process are carried out in order to create stable devices.
